SADDLEBROOKE POA ANNOUNCEMENT OF 2020 ELECTION RESULTS

Ballots were mailed to all POA members (in good standing) in August, 2020.  To be valid, the ballots were to be returned by August 31, 2020 (postmarked date) in the envelope provided directly to the POA accounting firm of BRS in Springfield.  Ample time was allotted (especially with the Labor Day Holiday in that time frame) to assure mail delivery and receipt of all ballots postmarked by the required date.  Ballot counting was conducted today, Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at the offices of BRS.  Ballots were opened and counted by the POA Election Committee at the accounting firm office with at least one BRS employee and one POA Board member who is not up for re-election observing and monitoring the vote count to ensure the process was accurately and efficiently followed.  Results were determined and verified and the ballots placed in sealed and signed envelopes. The ballot tally letter and envelopes were delivered to the POA Office tonight, Wednesday, September 9, 2020.
