July 2020 Nomination Information for POA Board of Director positions
The Election Committee is now accepting nominations for the Saddlebrooke POA Board positions of:
President, Treasurer, and Project Director.
The nomination process will close at midnight July 31, 2020.
Nominations can be made by contacting any member of the Election Committee via email or in person. Any email contact must be followed up with a return email from the committee member verifying the original email was received. Any personal contact must be followed up with a written statement of the candidate’s desire to be a candidate. Written Statements of candidacy must be acknowledged being received by a member of the election committee with a hand-written receipt from the election committee member.
All candidates must be members in good standing of the POA. The term for each position is two years. A candidate may contact any current Board member for more details on the duties and responsibilities of these positions.
Elections will be conducted during the month of August. Installation of officers will be conducted at the close of the annual POA meeting the third Saturday in September.
